KVS Castings Re-appoints Independent Director

KVS Castings board recommended re-appointment of Jaswinder Singh Ahluwalia as Independent Director for a second five-year term.
The re-appointment is subject to shareholder approval via postal ballot and e-voting process.
The board granted omnibus approval for related party transactions for the quarter ending June 30, 2026.
Nishi & Associates was appointed as scrutinizer for the postal ballot process.
