Larsen & Toubro Limited disclosed the allotment of equity shares under its Employee Stock Option Schemes. The Nomination & Remuneration Committee (NRC) of the Board approved the allotment of 1,36,908 (One Lakh Thirty Six Thousand Nine Hundred Eight) equity shares to grantees who had exercised their options.
The allotment was approved on July 28, 2026. The newly allotted equity shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
