L&T Allots 20,661 ESOP Equity Shares

Larsen & Toubro's NRC approved allotment of 20,661 equity shares to ESOP grantees on March 24, 2026.
Shares were issued under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes following option exercises by eligible grantees.
The newly allotted shares rank pari-passu with existing equity shares of the company in all respects.
