Larsen & Toubro's Nomination & Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 61,007 equity shares via a circular resolution.
The shares were allotted to grantees who exercised options under the company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.
The newly allotted shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the company.
