L&T Finance Limited's ESOP Committee approved the allotment of 751,383 equity shares on April 30, 2026.
The shares were allotted under the L&TFL Employee Stock Option Scheme – 2013 to option grantees who exercised their options.
The newly allotted shares will rank pari-passu with existing shares and be eligible for future dividends.
