Voting Process and Methods
The company is using remote electronic voting facility through CDSL. Members can vote only through e-voting facility with no physical ballot option. The cut-off date for determining voting eligibility is Monday, August 31, 2026. For joint holders, only the first-named holder is entitled to vote.
