L&T executed a Share Purchase Agreement to divest its entire stake in subsidiary L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) Limited for ₹1,461.47 crores.
The subsidiary contributed 0.43% to consolidated revenue and 0.83% to net worth in FY25.
The transaction is expected to close by June 30, 2026, and will result in the release of corporate guarantees for the subsidiary's debt.
