SiliConch Systems Private Limited, a step-down subsidiary of L&T, has been amalgamated into L&T Semiconductor Technologies Limited effective March 24, 2026.
The amalgamation was approved by the Regional Director, Western Region, Ministry of Corporate Affairs vide order dated March 13, 2026, with Appointed Date of August 10, 2025.
Post-amalgamation, SiliConch Systems Private Limited ceases to exist as a step-down subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro Limited.
