L&T Subsidiary Acquires International Green Scapes for ₹1,123 Crore

L&T Realty Properties Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro Limited, acquired 100% stake in International Green Scapes Limited for ₹1,123 crore.
The acquisition enables L&T RPL to leverage IGSL's land holdings in Gurugram for expanding its real estate development portfolio.
The transaction was executed via cash consideration and is expected to be completed by April 15, 2026.
IGSL is a real estate company incorporated in 1993 with nil turnover for the last three financial years.
