LTTS announced divestiture of its Smart World & Communication (SWC) business to AMI Paradigm Solutions, a special purpose entity.
The sale supports LTTS's 5‑year Lakshya Plan, sharpening focus on Engineering Intelligence, software and digital manufacturing across Mobility, Tech, Sustainability.
Proceeds will be redeployed to accelerate high‑growth EI initiatives, enhancing AI‑driven engineering services for industrial and technology‑led sectors.
LTTS, a listed L&T subsidiary, employs 23,635 staff, operates 22 design centres and serves 69 Fortune‑500 clients worldwide.
