L&T's Minerals & Metals business secured its largest-ever domestic metals sector order, classified as 'Mega' (₹10,000-15,000 Cr).
The order involves engineering, procurement, and installation of blast furnaces and steel melt shops for JSW Steel's expansion.
Projects will be executed at JSW's Ballari, Karnataka and Paradip, Odisha sites to increase capacity from 35 MTPA to over 50 MTPA by 2031.
The win reinforces L&T's three-decade partnership with JSW Steel and leadership in complex metallurgical projects.
