Trading Window Closure
As per Closure of Trading Window in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider-Trading) Regulation, 2015, the Trading window has been closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives/dependents of the Company since the end of the last quarter w.e.f. 01st October 2026.
The trading window will remain closed until next 48 hours from the conclusion of Board Meeting, meaning designated persons including their immediate relatives/dependents are not permitted to deal in the shares of the Company till 31st October 2026.
