Trading Window Status

In continuation of the company's letter dated 18th June 2026, the Trading Window for trading in the Securities of the Company remains closed in accordance with the Company's 'Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons. The Trading Window shall re-open 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) to the Stock Exchanges.
