Laddu Gopal Online Services Limited has issued a prior intimation of its Board of Directors meeting scheduled for 14th July, 2026. The intimation is made pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The Board meeting agenda includes the following items for consideration and approval:
- Appointment of Secretarial Auditors, subject to provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Regulations, and other applicable laws
- Appointment of Statutory Auditors, subject to provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Regulations, and other applicable laws
- Appointment of Internal Auditors, subject to provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Regulations, and other applicable laws
- Opening of Corporate Office of the Company, subject to provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws
- Updating the list of authorized signatories for the Company's bank accounts and other statutory, financial, and operational records in accordance with the present composition of the Board of Directors
- Restructuring, transfer, or disposal of the Company's non-income generating assets and non-core assets, including by way of slump sale, demerger, spin-off, or any other permissible mode, subject to applicable laws and necessary approvals
- Reconstitution of the Board of Directors and its Committees, subject to provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Regulations, and other applicable laws
- Consideration of convening an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of members through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) to obtain necessary shareholder approvals for the above matters
All appointments and actions are qualified with "if deemed fit" and are subject to obtaining necessary approvals under applicable laws.
