Lake Shore Realty Appoints Narendra Verma Independent Director

Lake Shore Realty appointed Mr. Narendra Kumar Verma as Additional Non-Executive Independent Director effective May 15, 2026.
The appointment is for a five-year term until May 14, 2031, subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing General Meeting.
Mr. Verma brings 46+ years of oil & gas experience, including former MD & CEO roles at ONGC Videsh and ONGC Board membership.
