Lakhotia Polyesters Appoints V B Rathi as Internal Auditor

Lakhotia Polyesters appointed Mr. V B Rathi as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27 based on Audit Committee recommendation.
The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors at a meeting held on April 28, 2026.
Mr. Rathi brings 10 years of experience in the textile industry with specialized internal control knowledge.
