Overview
The opening night of Lakmé Fashion Week, scheduled for October 2026 in New Delhi, will be presented in partnership with the Fashion Design Council of India (FDCI) and beauty platform Tira. The event will showcase the Spring Summer 2027 collection of the celebrated fashion house péro, marking the first time the brand headlines the Lakmé × Tira opening showcase.
Partnership Details
Lakmé, India’s No.1 colour cosmetics brand under Hindustan Unilever Ltd, teams up with Tira – Reliance Retail’s fastest‑growing omni‑channel beauty platform – to blend fashion and beauty narratives. Tira, which boasts over 20 million app downloads and delivers to more than 98 % of India’s pincodes, will serve as the exclusive beauty partner for the showcase, translating runway colours, textures and moods into new beauty experiences.
Collection Highlights
péro’s SS 2027 line is built around the metaphor of a box that is meant to be opened, symbolising freedom to dream and explore. The collection features relaxed silhouettes for movement, gender‑fluid designs, and a palette where colour belongs to everyone. Mixing, layering and experimentation are central, with craft‑led details that invite playfulness.
Product Launch
Alongside the runway, Lakmé debuts its 9to5 HYA Glam Range, designed for a “5 PM Glam Reset” that moves seamlessly from work to evening. The range includes the Lakmé 9to5 HYA Glam Lip & Cheek Blush – a multi‑use, hydrating product delivering a naturally flushed look with a matte finish – which will be launched exclusively on Tira’s platform.
