Qualifications and Brief Profiles

Mr. Manish Chokhani holds a master's degree in Business Administration from the London Business School, University of London. He is an Associate of the ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) and a Fellow of the All India Management Association. His professional experience includes serving as CEO of Enam Securities Private Limited (2006-2011), Managing Director and CEO of Axis Capital Limited (2011-2013), Chairman of TPG Growth India (2015-16), and senior advisor until 2019. He currently serves as a Director of Enam Holdings Pvt Ltd and serves as a board member at several listed companies. He also serves on the Governing Board of Flame University.

Mr. Gautam Trivedi holds a bachelor's degree in Commerce from Sydenham College, a bachelor's degree in Law from Government Law College, and a master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, LA. His professional experience includes positions as Vice President at Reliance Industries Limited, CEO at Religare Capital Markets, and Managing Director at Goldman Sachs (Asia) LLC. He is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Nepean Capital LLP. He is currently associated with UFO Moviez India Limited and Raymond Realty Limited as Non-Executive Director.

Ms. Rita Teaotia joined the Indian Administrative Service in 1981 (Gujarat cadre). With over 41 years of experience, she served as Managing Director of Gujarat Industries Power Company Ltd., where she increased installed generating capacity from 165MW to 830MW in three years. She worked in the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India on Food Safety, Drugs Control Administration, and National Disease Control Programmes. She worked in the Ministry of Telecommunications & Information Technology, Government of India as Additional Secretary/Special Secretary focusing on standards, telecom manufacturing and telecom policy, and was instrumental in setting up the Telecom Standards Development Society of India. She served as Commerce Secretary in the Ministry of Commerce & Industry from July 2015 to July 2018, focusing on international trade negotiations, logistics and trade facilitation, establishment of a Directorate for Trade Remedies, and setting up the Government e-Marketplace. Post-retirement, she served as Chairperson of the Food Safety & Standards Authority of India from 2018 to 2021, focusing on enforcement capacities, consumer outreach through the Eat Right India campaign, and regulatory initiatives in nutraceuticals, front of pack labelling and food fortification. She currently serves as Independent Director on the boards of Transpek Industries Ltd, Supreme Petrochem and Avenue Supermarts Ltd.
