Latent View Board Approves Four Director Reappointments

Latent View Analytics intimated stock exchanges of board-approved reappointments for four directors, pursuant to SEBI Listing Regulations.
Two independent directors, Dr. R. Raghuttama Rao and Mr. Reed Cundiff, were reappointed for second five-year terms effective July 23, 2026.
Two whole-time directors, founders Mr. A.V. Venkatraman and Ms. Pramadwathi Jandhyala, were reappointed for five-year terms effective August 5, 2026.
All reappointments are subject to shareholder approval at a forthcoming general meeting.
