LatentView Invests $3M in Healtheon AI

LatentView Analytics completed a $3M single-tranche SAFE note investment in Healtheon AI, an Agentic AI healthcare RCM start-up.
The investment is made via LatentView Analytics Corporation (New Jersey subsidiary) and positions LatentView as a preferred deployment partner for Healtheon AI.
Healtheon AI's autonomous multi-agent platform targets RCM workflows including eligibility verification, medical coding, claims processing, and denial remediation.
The deal aligns with LatentView's build-invest-partner strategy to become an AI-first organization, with expected synergies across the healthcare ecosystem.
