Investment Update
Laurus Labs Limited has invested INR 1,078,000,000 (Indian Rupees One Billion and Seventy-Eight Million only) in KRKA Pharma Private Limited, a joint venture company between KRKA d.d., Novo mesto, Slovenia and Laurus Labs Limited.
The investment was made through a rights issue, acquiring 107,800,000 (One Hundred Seven Million and Eight Hundred Thousand) equity shares of KRKA Pharma at face value of INR 10 each.
Post-Investment Shareholding
Consequent to this investment, the total holding of Laurus Labs in KRKA Pharma is now 262,150,000 equity shares of INR 10 each.
The percentage of shareholding by Laurus Labs remains unchanged at 49%.
