Laurus Labs Invests ₹12.1 Crore in KRPL Rights Issue

Investment Update

Laurus Labs Limited has invested an additional ₹12,09,60,500 (Indian Rupees Twelve Crores Nine Lakhs Sixty Thousand and Five Hundred only) in Kurnool Renewables Private Limited (KRPL), an associate company of Laurus Labs Limited.

The investment was made through a rights issue and involved acquisition of 1,20,96,050 (One Crore Twenty Lakhs Ninety Six Thousand and Fifty) equity shares of KRPL at face value of ₹10 per share.

Shareholding Impact

Following this investment, the total holding of Laurus Labs Limited in KRPL now stands at 2,11,68,000 equity shares of ₹10 each.

Despite the additional investment, the percentage of shareholding by the Company in KRPL remains unchanged at 26%.
