Laxmi Organic Industries allots 63,694 equity shares to employees under its ESOP 2020 scheme, increasing the company's paid-up share capital.
The allotment, executed via a circular resolution, comprises shares issued at par and at a premium, with a total issued capital now at ₹55.44 crore.
The new shares will rank pari-passu with existing equity and the company has made the requisite disclosures to the stock exchanges.
