Le Merite Exports Limited has entered into an agreement for sale dated August 31, 2026, for the disposal of its investment property. The property being sold is Unit No. 801 on the 8th Floor of Crescent Business Square Premises Co-operative Society Limited, situated at Kherani Road, Sakinaka, Andheri (East), Mumbai – 400072.
The aggregate sale consideration is Rs. 1,53,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore Fifty-Three Lakh Only). The terms and conditions of the sale were mutually agreed between the parties.
The purchaser is a third-party purchaser who does not belong to the promoter/promoter group/group companies of the Company and is not a related party of the Company.
The proposed sale is in line with the Company's strategy to optimize its investment/assets base and rationalize its non-core assets in accordance with its business and operational requirements.
The sale of this investment property does not constitute sale of an "undertaking" of the Company within the meaning of Section 180(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 2013.
