Opening Announcement
On 22 September 2026, The LEGO Group inaugurated its first LEGO® Certified Store in Hyderabad, located in Inorbit Mall. This launch represents the eighth LEGO Certified Store across India and the fourth opening in 2026, following earlier stores in Mumbai and two in Bengaluru.
Store Details
The new outlet occupies 3,500 sq ft of retail space and was launched in partnership with the Ample Group. It showcases more than 750 LEGO sets and features a grand Pick‑a‑Brick wall, dedicated play tables, and Build‑a‑Mini stations. A centerpiece of the store is a 7 ft by 5 ft LEGO mosaic created by master builder Ritam Bhatnagar using 49,200 bricks, depicting iconic Hyderabad landmarks such as Charminar, Hussain Sagar lake, and an Irani chai stall.
Product Offering
Visitors can explore approximately 250 distinct LEGO sets, including recent launches such as LEGO® Art Gustav Klimt – The Kiss, The Ministry of Magic™ – Collectors' Edition, and LEGO® Technic™ Koenigsegg Sadair’s Spear, alongside a broad selection of classic and themed sets.
Executive Remarks
Bhavana Mandon, Country Manager of LEGO India, highlighted Hyderabad’s cultural richness and its growing community of LEGO enthusiasts, stating that the city is a natural home for the new store. Rajesh Narang, Founder & CEO of Ample Group, noted the rapid expansion of the LEGO retail experience in India and emphasized Ample’s focus on building experience‑led destinations for global brands. Actor Rana Daggubati, who unveiled the store, expressed excitement about the new family‑friendly destination. Rajneesh Mahajan, CEO of Inorbit Malls (India) Pvt. Ltd., praised the addition of LEGO to the mall’s portfolio, citing its alignment with consumer‑first retail strategies.
