Lemon Tree Hotels 100% Green, 50% Renewable

Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd announced that all 41 owned hotels have attained IGBC green building certification, achieving 100% coverage.
The company also reported that renewable energy usage across its owned portfolio reached a 50% exit rate as of March 31 2026.
Certifications breakdown includes 2 Platinum, 22 Gold, 6 Silver and 11 Certified level hotels, highlighting a tiered sustainability achievement.
CEO Neelendra Singh emphasized that the milestone proves large‑scale green transformation is commercially scalable and essential for future‑ready hotels.
