The primary agenda of the board meeting is to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The results will be presented both on a Standalone and Consolidated basis. The board may also consider any other business with the permission of the Chair.

The Company had previously intimated the Exchanges on June 25, 2026 about the closure of the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company. The closure period began on July 1, 2026 and will remain effective until the expiry of 48 hours after the public announcement of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
