Lemon Tree Hotels Signs New Property in Simara, Nepal

Lemon Tree Hotels signs a license agreement for a new 98-room hotel in Simara, Nepal, to be managed by its subsidiary Carnation Hotels.
The new property will feature 98 rooms, a restaurant, banquet and conference facilities, a bar lounge, and wellness amenities.
This marks Lemon Tree's 7th property in Nepal, expanding its presence in high-growth transit and gateway cities.
