New Property Signings

The company has signed two License Agreements for new properties in Bodhgaya, Bihar:

Lemon Tree Hotel, Bodhgaya

  • 75 well-appointed rooms
  • Facilities: restaurant, banquet hall, meeting/conference room, swimming pool, fitness center
  • Location: Approximately 10 km from Bodhgaya Airport, 14 km from Gaya Railway Station

Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Bodhgaya

  • 70 well-appointed rooms
  • Facilities: restaurant, banquet hall, meeting/conference room, swimming pool, fitness center
  • Location: Approximately 11 km from Bodhgaya Airport, 15 km from Gaya Railway Station

Management Structure

Both properties will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.

Portfolio Impact

The twin signings add 145 rooms to the company's Bihar portfolio. The group currently operates two hotels in Bihar and has three properties in the development pipeline, including these two new signings.

With reference to the earlier disclosure dated August 06, 2026, regarding the termination of the Lease Deed by Fleur Hotels Limited (a material subsidiary) for Lemon Tree Premier, Leisure Valley 2, Gurugram:

  • The 80-room hotel has been de-flagged
  • It shall no longer form part of the Lemon Tree brand portfolio
  • Effective date: September 3, 2026
