- Project Scope: To undertake all activities pertaining to and incidental to the development and operation of a 5-Star Hotel on the licensed land parcel admeasuring 2.256 acres.
- Related Party Interest: The company confirms that promoters/promoter group/group companies have no interest in Fleur Hotels Limited. The transaction does not qualify as a related party transaction.
