Fleur Hotels Limited, a material subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, has terminated the Lease Deed for Lemon Tree Premier, Leisure Valley 2, Gurugram through a termination letter dated August 06, 2026 addressed to Optus Hotels Private Limited (the Lessor).

The hotel property comprises 80 rooms and was operated by Lemon Tree Hotels Limited. Operations at this hotel will be discontinued following the termination.

Possession of the hotel will be handed over to the Lessor upon receipt of an interest-free refundable security deposit from the Lessor.
