The Company entered into an Exclusive Sales and Distribution Agreement with Vijay Ratilal Mehta HUF (operating under the trade and brand name "Kinjal®") on 11 August 2026.
Key Terms of Agreement
- Company granted exclusive rights to procure, distribute and sell specified ready-to-eat and packaged food products under the Kinjal® brand in and outside India
- Agreement provides for transfer/acquisition of ownership rights in the "Kinjal®" brand in favor of the Company
