The company has been confirmed as the Principal Sponsor of Rajasthan Spikers for Season 1 of the Volleyball Champions League (VCL). The arrangement has been confirmed by Bakliwal Volleysports Pvt. Ltd., the management of Rajasthan Spikers.

- 250 seconds of FCT advertising inventory on Sony Sports & SonyLIV (out of 500 seconds allocated to Rajasthan Spikers)
- One Aston brand graphic per match
- On-ground branding through LED perimeter boards, big-screen advertising, and venue branding
- Minimum six social media posts/reels, dedicated brand content, and player integrations
- VIP seating and match-day hospitality
- Player appearances, meet-and-greet sessions, and brand shoot opportunities
- Additional brand integrations as mutually agreed between parties
Transaction Details
Parties: Leo Dryfruits & Spices Trading Limited and Bakliwal Volleysports Pvt. Ltd. (management of Rajasthan Spikers)
Purpose: Brand promotion, advertising, and enhanced visibility through association with Rajasthan Spikers and the Volleyball Champions League
Related Party Status: The transaction is not a related party transaction. Promoter/promoter group/group companies have no interest in the entity with whom the arrangement is executed.
