Annual General Meeting Details

The 47th Annual General Meeting of Lerthai Finance Limited is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 3rd September, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. IST through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means (VC).

Book Closure Period

Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, the Member's Register and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 28th August, 2026 to 3rd September, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the 47th AGM.

Record Date

The record date for the purpose of finalization of list of shareholders for granting e-voting rights is 27th August, 2026.
