LG Electronics India Limited has submitted a regulatory disclosure under SEBI Listing Regulations Regulation 30 regarding an addendum received from the Government of Maharashtra.

The disclosure is a continuation of the company's previous intimation dated January 17, 2026, regarding an Eligibility Certificate from the Government of Maharashtra under its Electronics Policy.

The company has received an Addenda to the Eligibility Certificate, which increases the total incentive entitlement to ₹881.86 Crores. This represents an increase of ₹176.12 Crores over the previously reported amount of ₹705.74 Crores disclosed on January 17, 2026.

The incentive is in respect of investments made in fixed assets from November 1, 2017, to October 30, 2025, at the company's eligible units situated at Ranjangaun, Pune, Maharashtra.

The incentive will be availed in multiple forms including:

  • SGST refund
  • Electricity duty exemption
  • Stamp duty exemption
  • Refund of employee's contribution to EPF
  • Power tariff subsidy
  • Exemption from payment of property tax

The incentive amount will be valid for the period from May 1, 2025, to April 30, 2040. The annual incentive limit has been increased from ₹47.04 Crores to ₹58.79 Crores due to this addendum.

The fulfillment of terms and conditions and compliances is required to receive these incentives.
