Lime Chemicals Appoints Rahim Narsingdani Independent Director

Lime Chemicals Limited shareholders approved the appointment of Mr. Rahim Narsingdani as a Non-Executive Independent Director via postal ballot.
Mr. Narsingdani was appointed for a five-year term effective March 13, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
