Dividend Declaration
- The Board of Directors recommended payment of dividend of ₹1.50 (30%) per equity share of face value ₹5 each
- Dividend will be paid after declaration at the ensuing Annual General Meeting
- Record date for dividend payout is not specified in this document
Tax Treatment
- Dividend declared and paid by the Company is taxable in the hands of members under Income Tax Act, 2025 as amended by Finance Act, 2026
- Effective date: April 1, 2026
- Company is required to deduct tax at source from dividend paid to members at prescribed rates
SEBI Mandate for Electronic Payments
- SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2021/655 dated November 3, 2021 (with subsequent amendments)
- Mandates electronic dividend payments for physical shareholders effective April 1, 2024
- Requires PAN, nomination choice, contact details, mobile number, bank account details, and specimen signature
- Dividend will be withheld if KYC details are not updated

Critical Deadlines
- All tax relief documents must be submitted by Thursday, 10th September, 2026 at 23:59 hours
- Documents submitted after this deadline will not be considered for TFY 2026-27
- Documents are valid for entire financial year (April 2026-March 2027) unless status changes
Submission Procedures
- Documents must be submitted through https://mdpl.in/login
- Only scanned copies accepted with self-attestation as "certified true copy of the original"
- Physical documents also accepted via post, courier, or hand delivery
- For joint shareholders, the first-named shareholder must submit documents
- Company reserves right to reject incomplete or discrepant documents

Additional Provisions
- Higher TDS rate applicable across all holdings if multiple accounts under single PAN
- Shareholders responsible for any tax demands arising from misrepresentation
- Company not obligated to apply DTAA benefits without complete documentation
- Shareholders can claim refunds via income tax returns if excess TDS deducted
- Rule 203 of Income Tax Rules 2026 requires declaration if dividend assessable by non-registered member
