Linde India Limited has informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. (NSE) and BSE Limited of a material event.
The company has commenced commercial production at its new Air Separation Unit (ASU). This facility is located at the works of Jindal Stainless Ltd. (JSL) in Kalinganagar.
The new ASU has a production capacity of 1,450 tonnes per day (TPD) of oxygen, 1,800 TPD of nitrogen, and 64 TPD of argon. The primary purpose of the facility is to supply these industrial gases to JSL. The unit also has additional capacity to cater to demand in the merchant market.
This announcement references a previous communication from the company, dated 1 August 2022 (Letter No. Sect/72), regarding this project.
This intimation is submitted as a compliance under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
