Linde India Limited has signed and executed the Conveyance Deed with Tata Steel Limited (TSL) for the acquisition of 2 × 1800 TPD (Tonnes Per Day) Air Separation Units (ASUs) situated at TSL's Kalinganagar Phase II Expansion Project. This announcement is made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and is in continuation of previous communications (reference nos. Sect/11 dated 13 February 2023 and Sect/87 dated 4 September 2024).
Consequent upon the execution of the Conveyance Deed, the acquisition and transfer of the aforesaid ASUs from Tata Steel Limited to Linde India Limited has been successfully completed.
Operational Update
The Company has commenced the supply of industrial gases to Tata Steel Limited from this facility, effective September 30, 2026.
