Link Pharma Chem's board re-appointed Satish G. Thakur as Chairman and Whole-time Director for a 3-year term effective June 24, 2026.
The re-appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
Mr. Thakur has over 43 years of industry experience and has been with the company since its incorporation.
