Board re-appointed Rishikesh Thakur as Managing Director effective September 24, 2026, subject to shareholder approval.
Appointment is for a further period of three years, continuing his leadership role.
Mr. Thakur has over 15 years of experience in chemical business, manufacturing, and R&D.
He is the son of Mr. Satish G. Thakur, the Company's Chairman & Whole-time Director.
