Vinay Kumar Tripathi and Apurva Chandra appointed as Independent Directors for up to five years from February 4, 2026.
Balasubramaniam Prabhakaran, MD of Lloyds Metals and Energy Limited, appointed as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director.
