The company holds a stake through Prakar Estate and Promoters LLP in the Swarnagiri Gold Project at Kurnool district, Andhra Pradesh, which is described as India's first private sector integrated gold mining and processing facility.

The subsidiary's Corporate Identification Number (CIN) remains U74899MH1994PTC474865. The company was originally incorporated as Dharwar Mining Company Private Limited.

The certificate of incorporation pursuant to change of name was issued by the Central Processing Centre, Manesar, Haryana on 1st September, 2026, digitally signed by the Registrar of Companies.

The company is obligated to display its old name for a period of two years along with its new name at all places where the company is required to display its name in terms of Section 12 of the Companies Act.
