Lloyds Metals Acquires 71.89% Stake in Thriveni

Lloyds Metals and Energy Limited has been allotted 3,50,00,000 (Three Crore Fifty Lakhs) equity shares in its subsidiary Thriveni Earthmovers and Infra Private Limited (TEIL).

The shares were acquired at an issue price of ₹173.36 per share, for a total consideration of ₹6,06,76,00,000 (Rupees Six Hundred and Six Crores and Seventy-Six Lakhs).

This investment was made through subscription to a Rights Issue / Further Issue of Capital by TEIL.

Following this acquisition, Lloyds Metals' total holding in TEIL now stands at 73,50,00,000 (Seventy-Three Crore Fifty Lakhs) equity shares.

The company's stake now represents 71.89% of the issued and paid-up equity share capital of Thriveni Earthmovers and Infra Private Limited.
