Lloyds Metals successfully commissioned its second 4 MTPA pellet plant at Konsari, Maharashtra in a record 16 months.
The commissioning increases the company's total pellet production capacity to 8 MTPA, ranking it among India's largest merchant pellet players.
The plant uses captive low-alumina iron ore from Surjagarh mines, transported via a slurry pipeline, to produce premium-grade pellets.
