The disclosure confirms that 3,50,00,000 (Three Crore Fifty Lakh) equity shares of its subsidiary, Thriveni Earthmovers and Infra Private Limited (TEIL), have been credited to the company's demat account. These shares were allotted as part of a rights issue/further issue of capital for a total consideration of ₹6,06,76,00,000 (Rupees Six Hundred Six Crores and Seventy-Six Lakh).
