The IGBC Platinum rating evaluates site sustainability, water efficiency, energy efficiency, material selection, and indoor environmental quality. The Square achieved:

  • 23.49% energy efficiency improvement.
  • 58% water conservation relative to baseline standards.

  • Double‑glazed curtain walls and a landscaped terrace for thermal comfort.
