LMEL Acquires CHEMAF Group via VLMH for USD 30M

• VLMH, LMEL's step-down subsidiary, completed 100% acquisition of CHEMAF Group in DRC for up to USD 30 million.
• CHEMAF operates copper-cobalt assets in Katanga Copper Belt with current capacity of 20,000 TPA copper and 4,000 TPA cobalt.
• Post-acquisition, LMEL Group targets 100,000 TPA copper and 20,000 TPA cobalt capacity across all DRC operations.
• DRC Ministry of Mines approved the transaction; deal aligns with the US-DRC Strategic Minerals Partnership signed December 2025.
