LMW Limited has completed the acquisition of additional shares in LMW Holding Limited, its wholly owned subsidiary located in the United Arab Emirates. This transaction was disclosed pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The completion follows the company's earlier disclosure dated 20th May 2026 regarding the planned acquisition. As a result of this transaction, LMW Limited will continue to retain 100% ownership of LMW Holding Limited.
