Lodha Developers board approved reappointment of Lee Polisano as Independent Director for a second five-year term from July 2026.
Board appointed Akhil Gupta as Additional Independent Director for a five-year term effective immediately from April 2026.
Appointments are subject to shareholder approval and disclosed per SEBI Listing Regulations requirements.
Both directors have extensive professional experience and are not debarred from holding director office.
